A small house, 20m2 footprint on various floor levels, directly at the Adriatic Coast in the historic centre of Monopoli, Puglia, Italy.

The house has been added on to over the centuries, close to collapse, it has now been strengthened and made accessible by actual stairs. An independent studio at ground floor level and an apartment on first and second floor plus a roof terrace overlooking the sea. It is tiny, the view is vast though, endless horizon and not much more but the sound of the sea and fishing boats.
